Thank you for your interest in becoming a No Lawyers Allowed mediator. Working as a No Lawyers Allowed mediator is an incredibly rewarding experience

Minimum qualifications for our mediators are:

Licensed and practicing law for at least five years;

1.

Engaged in a practice area that includes 

advocacy for clients whether it be in court or before an administrative body;

2.

Having participated in at least twenty-five 

mediations whether as a mediator or participant;

3.

Having obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from any ABA accredited law school or ADR program recognized by any state Bar or state or federal court;

4.

Be in good standing with your Bar;

5.

Be insured;

6.

Have access to a facility suitable for you to host a mediation; and

7.

Having a conflict screening system in place and that is used.
